We don’t believe one material is right for every piece. We choose the metal, finish and construction that works best for each design – balancing quality, longevity, comfort and price.
Solid Gold
Solid gold has been at the heart of Laura Bond since the beginning – and it always will be.
We use 9k and 14k solid gold across our piercing jewellery because it’s durable, resistant to permanently tarnishing and perfect for everyday wear.
9k gold is hard-wearing and ideal for everyday jewellery.
14k gold has a richer colour and is suitable for fresh piercings.
Our solid gold piercing jewellery is always nickel-free.
Ti-Luxe
Solid gold where you see it. Implant-grade titanium where you need it.
Ti-Luxe combines beautiful solid gold fronts with implant-grade titanium posts.
Titanium is lightweight, hypoallergenic and trusted by professional piercers, while the solid gold fronts give you the luxury and design Laura Bond is known for.
Our Ti-Luxe labrets are internally threaded with smooth flat backs for comfortable, everyday wear.
14k Ti-Luxe is suitable for fresh and healed piercings, while selected 9k Ti-Luxe pieces are designed for healed piercings.
Necklaces, Chains & Charms
Our necklace and charm collections use a considered mix of sterling silver and brass, finished in rich 14k gold plating.
We use sterling silver for finer, more delicate pieces and brass for heavier pieces.
Our Plating Technology
Our gold-plated jewellery is finished with high-quality 14k gold plating and a protective e-coating designed to help your jewellery look beautiful for longer.
This extra protective layer makes our plating up to five times more resistant than traditional plating standards.
Our sterling silver pieces use 2-micron gold plating, while selected brass pieces use 1–2 microns, depending on the design.
A little care will always help plated jewellery last longer – but we’ve done the hard work first.
Designed for Comfort
Comfort has always been at the heart of Laura Bond.
Our piercing studs use internally threaded, front-fitting labrets with smooth flat backs designed to sit comfortably against the ear.
Because the best ear stack is the one you forget you’re wearing.
Our Stones
Across our collections you’ll find cubic zirconia, cultured opals, lab-grown diamonds and selected natural gemstones.
We choose stones for their colour, sparkle, cut and how beautifully they work within each design.
Warranty & Support
Every piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This excludes damage caused by wear, bending or misuse.
