Appointment Terms & Conditions
By booking, you agree to the following.
General
- Book one appointment per name. Group bookings may be amended or cancelled.
- No children under 10, no animals.
- Late arrivals or no-shows forfeit the deposit.
- We cannot treat clients who are pregnant, within 6 months postpartum, or breastfeeding.
Certain medical conditions may prevent treatment. Contact help@laurabond.com in advance if unsure.
Piercings
Arrive 20 minutes early to complete your consent form and choose jewellery. Jewellery is not included in the £30 piercing fee and must be purchased in-store.
Valid photo
ID required. Under-18s must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (both must bring ID).
Minimum ages: lobes 10+, cartilage 14+, septum 16+.
Tattoos
Arrive 20 minutes early. You must be 18+ with valid physical photo ID.
No ID means no appointment and no deposit refund.
Deposits & Cancellations
Piercings: £15 deposit.
Tattoos: £50 deposit.
- Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment to retain or transfer your deposit.
- Changes within 48 hours forfeit it. Custom tattoo deposits are non-refundable on cancellation, as design work will already have begun.
- A new deposit is required if your original was forfeited.
On the day
Eat beforehand, stay hydrated, and wear
clothing that gives easy access to the area being treated. Avoid alcohol or drugs for at least 24 hours prior. Space is limited, so please attend alone unless agreed in advance.
