Packaging Details
Earrings will be packaged in our signature boxes, with up to three earrings per box. If you would prefer separate boxes for each earring, please request this at checkout.

We are currently unable to ship to Portugal, Israel, Russia, India, Argentina, Switzerland or the Philippines.
Import Taxes & Duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may incur import taxes of up to 35% of the order value. These are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged by your local customs authority once the parcel arrives.
If you are unsure about the customs rules in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
If a parcel is refused entry or destroyed by customs and not returned to us, we regret that we cannot offer a refund.
Parcels returned to us due to refusal to pay import charges will be subject to a £30.00 handling fee to cover the courier charges and return costs.
Shipping Delays
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect address details.
Delivery services can occasionally experience delays due to weather, customs processing, or postal strikes. We are unable to offer refunds for delays caused by these external factors.
Undelivered Orders
Tracking details will be sent by email once your order has shipped. Customers are responsible for tracking their parcels in transit, as Laura Bond does not receive updates from couriers.
If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please email us within 30 days of the dispatch date. Claims made after this time may not be eligible for compensation.
If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or an incorrect delivery address, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees, any customs charges incurred, and any additional postage costs if the parcel needs to be resent.
Please note that we cannot amend delivery addresses once an order has been dispatched.
